By downloading, installing, or using Mapper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2 Use of the App

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

3 Privacy and Location Data

The App may request access to your device's location services to enhance your experience.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You can choose to deny location access, though this may limit some functionality.

4 Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mapper and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The maps and location data are provided through Apple MapKit and are subject to Apple's terms of service.

5 User Content

Any customizations or wallpapers you create using the App are for your personal use.
You retain ownership of your created wallpapers.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
